While browsing the library, a disheveled man discovers an intriguing library book. However the librarian, seeing his distasteful appearance and lack of personal hygiene, refuses to let him check it out. Just when he is about to give up, he discovers a suit jacket and encounters a series of amusing coincidences that will turn his luck around.
